Eating pizza again Part 2

Sorry for all the delay..

I told Bb that its a waste to have a firewood oven there yet they dunno how to use it to the fullest. Im thinking.. If you all dunno maybe can give it to me where I'll treasure it with all my heart.. Firewood oven make wonders.

Aft finish eating, went toilet with Bb..
Coming back from toilet, stand at the pizza making counter to see how is the pizza making process. To my amazement, I'm shock to see how they do their dough..
They simply place their dough on top of a round top and squash it..
Jus imagine those cake shop pancakes..
When i saw it, i really can take it liao.. Its unprofessional..
I rather ask a roti plata man to flip my dough than using this manual machine to flatten the dough.
Reason why its not good to use this machine:
1)A rolled dough will always taste better than a squashed dough.
2)It's really unprofessional & shame to those who worked in the kitchen.
3)The person who created this machine is a someone who hates eating pizza.

Jus these few point is enough for me to boil up.
It's really super low-class method to do it lah.
So wat they can squash so many dough at the same time.. A firewood oven cant even put so many at a go & there are so many kitchen staff there standing using eye power when the restaurant is almost filled. Can you imagine that machine needs one person to stand there to squashed the dough.. Even a primary sch kid also knows how to do it lah. I think the guy doing it should be getting a $1 per hour pay.
A road sweeper is even better than that. At least the sweeper knows how to sweep up different kind of objects or litter using different brooms. But that "squeezer", standing there and place the dough at the center of the platform then pull the lever to squash the dough. Who dunno how to do it. Sigh.

Anyway we went back to our sits and settle the bills.
The price is almost the same as pontini, a fine dinning restaurant which i use to work for a few yrs.
Seriously with this kind of standards, i think i can do batter than them...
Maybe in skills wise, I'm not that good but i certainly know how to taste it and improve it.. If this restaurant has been here for a long time, i think their management really didn't do much except serving better quality ingredients and new pizza ideas.

However all this bad comments is jus for the restaurant itself..
I still enjoy being with Bb's colleagues. They are a nice bunch of peps.
Aft that walked all the way down to orchard point Starbucks as they didn't have any idea where to sit down for a chill so walk till orchard point there than decide to chill at Starbucks.
