Im a pizza lover
This is the first time for almost half a yr that i reached home so early during the weekdays. Today is Bb family day so didnt meet her up.. Let her spend quality time with her family.
I reached home around 9pm..
Thats considered early for me.
Open my hse door, saw my Mum sitting at the living room watching TV.
The first sentence she commented was "Wa, today so early ar.. Never seen you coming back so early before. LoL
But today she seems abnormal.. Haha.. So i find it weird why she keep talking to me once i reach home. Usually she will jus continue watching her show. So after i put down all my barang barang in my room, she mention that last wk i brought back 2 pizza dough. Then i finally knows wat she wants. She is hinting me to make pizza for her lah.. She say she got the pizza sauce & ham. So im like ok loh.. Haha.. Aniwae i also wanted to make pizza to quickly finish up the dough before it turns bad. So i went to my kitchen to prepare all the necessary items.
But before i carry on from here, i want to thank Desong for making the dough for me. The most important part of a pizza is the dough. So Desong contribute the most. The dough he made was actually for thin crust, but my hse dun have so much flour to roll the dough so i use oil instead. Which using this method is usually for pan pizza. So befor ei start to make the pizza, i start to generate my internal energy which has been hidden in me for so many yrs. 4 yrs of Pizza Hut working experience is fairly good for me to accomplish my task without any sweat. Muhahaha
So after a minute of concentrating my internal energy all onto my smooth hands, i start to knit & roll the dought to fit my pan.
I start to warm up the oven then brush a layer of oil on the surface of the dough and place it inside the oven to warm it. Then i start to mixed mushrooms, bacons, hams & crabmeat together. I slice it evenly, if not one whole chunk of ingredient on the pizza wont taste nice. Actally i also anyhow take watever food i can find in the fridge. I took out the dough after a few mins. Then i start to poke many holes at the base of the dough to release any trap air. if not once all the topping is up and send into oven, if there is any trap air, it will caused the base of the dough to be bloted also it will turn out an extreamly ugly pizza. So after all the base work, put some sicilian herbs together with the tomato sauce for the pizza base to give it a more stronger taste. I put more tomato sauce as i like pizza to have more sauce. So the next thing is to put cheese evenly onto the pizza, then all the toppings and a last layer of cheese to finish up the whole process.
An advise on putting cheese onto the pizza if you didnt know and interested to know. Haha.. Regardless whether is it toppings or cheese, always spread your toppings starting from the outer circle then to the center. So likewise cheese also need to be the same but neverever put so much cheese on the center of the pizza. you will regret. Bocs once ur pizza is done, you may think that its so well done but once you cut it, all your cheese will be lying on the plates instead of the pizza.so heavier toppings & cheese on the outer dough. Jus a small portion on the center will do, jus to make it look evenly. So got the idea. Its a very simple logic. Trust me,making pizza with almost 4 yrs experience wont be that wrong. haha.
So after an hr, here are the outcome of e pizza.
Not bad aft all..
Even it has been 6 yrs plus since i last make a pizza, the outcome still looks good.
Not just that, i felt the taste are quite good too.
Maybe next time i'll do again to gain approval from my top chef Desong first before i can let anyone try it except my immediate family & dearest Bb. LoL
