1 week into my new job

1 week into my new job, kanna unpaid OT for 3 days.. Sigh

I dunno what is happening.. My first day of work sure kanna OT de..
Dunno why sia.. Haha

Anyway, environment still ok..
In the office almost 80% are ladies.. Sigh..
Just 1 wk im quite able to click with 5 other colleagues.
We are already like lunch kakis..

When we are together, we'll just blurt everything that could not be said in office.. Haha.. All of them are nice ppl, trying to survive w/o being eaten.. LoL

But.... the office air-con are super duper cold.. It's like working in an igloo.
How i wish i could bring a winter clothes there for work. But other ppl will think im a freak..

So hopefully, things will get better when i start to pick up the process and the basic foundations.

New Environment, New Job

After resting for about a mth plus, finally im back in action.

This time round, im even desk bound.. Haha
However, OT is not "required" if all my work doe the day is done.

This is also a fresh new position for me being in a purchaser role.
Im quite interested in this job scope but i think my maths had to be somewhat strong.

The company is a US-based MNC which specialize in distribution for security and networking point. So im really looking forward on what i could learn and received thru it.

So wish me best and pray for me..

Sermon by Pst Aries during Overnite PM

Went for Prayer meeting today and Pst Aries message really hit many of us present over there.
Today sermon is abt Grace and Trust which is this week's cg sermon.

*Below are the message that i received under my perception:

He was mentioning that even though we, Christian always say that we walk in grace, but never did we know that by just walking in grace is not enough.

It is great to know God is graceful to us but its another thing to know God deeper.
Therefore we are to move from Grace to the truth of God/God's Word.

He carries on by saying abt the 5 loaves & 2 fish story in the bible.

On that day, 5000 men were being fed with only 5 loaves & 2 fish which all of us know that it is nothing more than a miracle.
So after the miracle, Jesus went to another city and the 5000 men who experience the miracle followed. At the second part of John6 onwards, it mention that Jesus speaks to the multitudes and talking abt the partaker of His flesh and blood.(I'm getting very brief over here as that's not the main highlight)
So many who heard that and left Jesus as they(multitudes "Christians") couldn't accept what Jesus had just spoken.

Ask yourself why those 5000 men followed Jesus?
They followed bcos of the miracles that Jesus performed and they are expecting it again.
But to Jesus, His intention is not for them to follow after the miracles but to let them look behind the miracles and know who is the miracle performer.

So just like Pst Kong always mention during service.
"Dun just look at the blessings but rather look at the bless er"

So the Grace and truth thingy is really talking abt knowing the Grace(Miracles) is good and beneficial to us, but we got to look beyond the Miracles(Grace) and see Jesus(Truth of God) is working on it.

Truth of God is also = to truth of God's Word. (The Word is God and the Word was God)
We are to have the WOG in our life by hearing and meditating on it.

So the story mention that those who experience the miracles soon did not follow Jesus at the end. That means when we walk under God's Grace, we might experience backsliding as grace can't keep us spiritual in God. Grace is something that reflect on how God is graceful and merciful to us and that's all.
So to keep us from backsliding it all comes back to the WOG = truth of God(God's Promises).

So when we speak the WOG it will bring life back to us. Amen.

In the last part, Pst also shared abt his revelation he had today.
As he was listening to audio sermon, a preacher was talking abt the Hand of God brought Ezekiel to the valley of dry bones. Ezekiel did not know what to do with those dry bones in front of him and then God told him to speak forth life(the WOG) onto the dry bones and the bones start to join back and flesh starts to grow.

So this story could be link to some of our current condition on Christians or CG.
Pst was mentioning that the (valley = CG's not growing), (bones represent the dead = spiritual "dry" members) and (the word "dry" could represent no presence of God during CG).

So if a CG that is not growing, members starts to backsliding and worse, when there's no presence of God during CG, could you imagine how the CG leader and members will feel...

So coming back to Pst revelation, he was mentioning that the preacher says that even when we are in the valley with dry bones, God grace is still there for us and the revelation part is the "dry bones" are not yet buried.
Funny right.. Bones by right should be buried and not just left onto the ground.
So the point is that no matter how worse our situation is, as long as we are not dead and buried, the grace of God will be there for us.

And all we need to do is to speak the WOG(life) into our lives and we'll be revived once again.

Guys, even in the mist of trials and problems in life, we still have the grace of God over us and all we need to do in our part, is to live on the WORD OF GOD and turn back to Jesus.

I've just received mine a few hours ago.
Thank you Jesus.

Pursuing Degree

After almost 2 yrs of break, I've decided to go back to sch and pursue my Degree in Logistics Management with Kaplan.

I'll soon get my student pass and able to buy student meals at Mac.. Yeah.. LoL

Anyway it's a Bachelor of Science with Honors.
National University of Ireland, Dublin aka University of College Dublin is the Uni I'm in. Yeah..

The sch crest even have the logo of the Guinness Stout beer.

Cool right.. LoL

The story of the logo are as follow:
Dublin is holding the Undisputable Can Drink Competition.

So on the final day of competition, 3 contestants were to finished 200 bottles of Guinness Stout beers within 2 hours.
After a tough fight, the winners each received the 1st, 2nd & 3rd prices accordingly.

All 3 of them are awarded with a castle with the 3rd getting the smaller ones and the 1st got the biggest castle.

Then it happen that the 2nd runner up arrived at his home and burp when he is lighting his cigar which came in contact with his alcoholic gases being expose to fire and resulted in the fire blowers stance which burn the house down.

At the same time, the 1st runner up arrived at his home and he vomited when he is trying to cook supper which resulted those crap from his stomach caught fire which burn the house down.

It happen the same to the winner as he was passing by and saw 2 other castle was brightly lit(he was too drunk to notice that the light was actually fire) and his castle does not have a light so he went over to borrow some light which caught himself on fire and he ran home to lit it before the light burns off.

Hahaha
I know it's not funny and super lame.. Nvm..

New Environment, New Account

This is yet another stepping stone in my life & I'm determine to Conquer it.

Before CNY i was informed that I'll be posting to another client's account to take care of their stocks during the 2nd wk after CNY. I was all excited as it was the path that i wanted to take & progress with.

Not saying that my previous client's account was not good.
But felt that i need a breakthrough & not being restricted to my 4 PCs in front of me.
Haha.. Bet you all didn't know i work with 4 computers. But most of the time i only need 2 PCs. I was enjoying my work but it's getting too mundane day in day out.

So happily went for my CNY & during the first day back at work, i was asked to start my first day with the new account on the spot with not much guidance (My colleague was on leave for 2 days). So all i could do was helping here & there. But it's fulfilling as it was a brand new environment for me to learn.

I'm not sure what's wrong with "1st day of work".
Since i step into DHL, my first day is always a taste of OTing... LoL.
So it means I'm useful since i could stay for OT when i still new to the process. But for this account that I'm handling, system transactions is not a big issue. The main issue is the way/method/process which has passed down.

I've been learning for almost 2 wks now. Most of the SOP i have roughly know. So all i need to do is to master it & implement new process/simplify methods/proper guides to this account which i seriously think it needs some tidying up.

Also the other area to improve was my operational skills.
I'm still very "green" in this area. So need lots of experience & hard work to sharpen the skills.
However, I'm quite glad that I've already able to operate almost all the machines except forklift which requires me to attend course to obtain the license.

I'm also not forgetting to keep in touch with my previous account so to maintain my standards/skills.

I'm really looking forward to some day that i could be able to help all the accounts in my department & implement better processes which will benefit those who are directly working on it.

CG CNY Reunion Dinner 2009

This yr we had reunion dinner at Bb house..

Bb took half day today to prepare for the dinner tonite.
Adrain & a few on the cg menbers was there to help out early..
And Bb's mum was so happy abt Adrian the Aunty killer lah.. Haha

We started around 7 plus and within an hour, the food is less than 50% liao.
All are super hungry.. Haha.

I like the pork belly & diced chicken very much. So nice. Yumm yumm.

Happy New Year
This is my second time to Thailand with Bb.
Our romance also started there.. It's was really amazing.
This time went with Valor & jiahui. Its was fun shopping.
But super tiring lah shopping whole day.
I wonder how ladies shop for the whole day. LoL

Relax One Corner aka R.O.C Pizza was the best thin-crust pizza you can ever had & find in places like this.

Located at Golden Mile Market aka Army Market.
It's stall was facing directly Golden Mile Shopping Centre aka Little Thailand.
Haha.. There's so many "aka" at these places.

He's one of my best pal which we know each other for almost 9yrs.

The pizza dough he do is much much professional than you can find else where.
I myself is a pizza lover & critic, therefore if i say that the crust is nice, that means really nice.

Our 1yr Anniversary together

Today is a very special & significant day.

Althought we had many many years to celebrate being together, we just want to have a wonderful memories of all these events.

Today was quite busy at work and met Bb at Taka for late dinner.
Both of us were excited to see each other. Hehe.

She intro me to a stall which had nice pasta.

Being with her really makes my day.

Soon after our dinner, we head to our first dating place which is beside Fullerton Hotel @ S'pore river.

We sit at the exact same spot and recount our first date, it was lovely.
So other than our private & confidential chats, was the present.
Bb brought an unexpected gift which im still using till now.
And i really like this BIG gift.

And she wrapped with so many layers of news papers which it took me quite a while to open up my pressie.
There is a saying: Whatever you did unto others, others will do unto you.
Get what i mean.. haha.. Wrapping with lots of layers was my fav. wrapping style.

The nite sky @ Singapore Flyer

Abt 8 mths ago before Singapore Flyer starts to operate, i've booked the tickets online and the management of Singapore Flyer keep me waiting & waiting for the tickets which i should be getting 4 to 5 mths before the day i took the ride.
They are just that "efficient".

Anyway, this post was not to complain of all these.
But out of all those "bad" things, we find joy & fun out of it.

Remembered that it was the last day of Easter service.
I was involved in Easter Production and i was all ways feeling very tired.
That day was also not too smooth since early morning till late afternoon.
Anyway it's already past, i just wan to keep happy memories with me.

So i met up Bb and we took a cab to Singapore Flyer with her eyes closing.
She did not know where i was taking her and wat had i planned for such a long time.
Once we reached there, she open up her eyes and puzzled why i brought her there.

I find some stupid excuse saying jus come here to take a look at this newly open thingy.
So walk around the shops and first time saw Kenko brought in new concept of foot therapy. (By putting your legs in the fish pond and let those small little fishes bit off your dead skins or something like that)

We slowly walked up till we reached the entrance of the Singapore Flyer.
Then i acted by checking out the price and asked Bb whether she wanted a ride.

We walk off shortly and i purposely walk randomly till we are at the gantry of the Flyer. Then Bb say that is the gantry and we couldn't go in to take a look.

I jus pull her along to the gantry and pull out my tickets and went in. Haha.
She was shocked that i've brought the tickets. She thot that i brought the tickets when we went to the washroom earlier.

So i told her it's not and let her guess when i brought the tickets. Haha.
We went into the capsule with another couple as there was not much ppl during that time.

Took lots of pics but as it was in the nite so our camera phone couldn't capture such nice scenery.

14th February 2008 - Sunny Day

This post is dedicated to the one I loved & always will be.

A plan was carried out today to surprise my beloved Bb.

She told me, she was the first in the office(also 1st time in her life from her 1st Bf) to receive flowers.

A bouquet of flowers w a cute little bear saying "I Love You" was the best way to expressed our love & appreciation of the love received from.

A special note written with sweet nothings which meant to be kept in the little corner of my Bb's heart.

Love will always be sweet for those who place their loved prior to themselves.

We went to Mac to get some drinks before we heading to the seaside

So we chill out for a while there.

We jus kept talking & walking till we reached end of the park before we head back..
It was a nice feeling when you're walking with someone that matters alot in your life.

Johnny(Boss) & Wife, Alan & Wife, Cecilia & Bf, Gary, Jason, Ah Ming, Ah Chua, Me & Antony(He left after dinner at Quayside Seafood)

Lunar Bar was the first time after so many many years after my last clubbing.

The ambience was pretty gd. Also they are showing non-stop MTV which is very unique.

Every few hrs there's a live band to perform & one of the performer was from the 1st generation of Superstars.

Truely an entertaining nite.

AZ Appreciation Dinner 2007

This is the 2nd appreciation dinner i had with AZ.

Remember the first time was at Roland Seafood restaurant.

This time round was a cafe @ Thompson Rd which owned by 1 of our church member from Security.

We had a great time over there & went a few rounds of games.

Followed by "Angel & Mortal" gift exchange.

And the amazing part during the gift exchange was...

'I am my mortal's mortal & my mortal's angel was me'

*Get me??? LoL

The theme of this dinner was movie characters.

So as agreed, we went on play as Death Note characters.

By my intro of the characters, you would be able to guess that I'm not Death Note fanatics.

Busy Busy Christmas Week

It was one of the busiest christmas ever.

Right after zone camp, comes cg camp. Then followed by Christmas weekends which stretch over for 4 days.
I attended 2 svc and i brought 3 friends. My MuM & 2 army friends. All of them enjoyed themselves too. The songs items was great & the drama performance was so well played. It's a new concept for christmas drama. Different from the usual Mary & Joseph looking for an inn + Jesus in the manger.

This yr drama, the settings brought us to the present age where it shows how a shopping mall boss, mall workers & a boy spending their christmas. "Chang's" which owns by the mean boss whose wife had past away few years back and causes an emotion sealed up in his life. But during Christmas, an orphan came to the mall in-search for his wish from the Santa-Claus which was for publicity sake that promised to grant any wish for shoppers that purchased a certain amount.
A series of events took place & the boy worked part-time for the mean boss.
An act of love & warmth displayed by the boy, the boss was moved by his actions and eventually his emotional wall collapse & revealed his kindness as a good boss before his wife died.
The relationship with his staffs & son was rekindled, showing the nice boss & dad he used to be.
It's was a happy ending, & this is what christmas are for. A glimpsed of hope & a light shining ever brighter in the mist of darkness.
2000 yrs ago, Jesus was the light in the darkness & thru Him, everyone starts to have a glimpsed & hope for their future.

What a ride of emotions during the drama productions. To our CHC dramatis, i salute you all. Professional acting.

After the drama, it was followed by preaching from Pst Kong. His messages will never fail to amaze me. And the more he preached, the atmosphere(presences of God) gets stronger. Loved his preaching..

During altar call, there are thousands of ppl responded & all Saints in heaven are rejoicing together with us. There are many new converts and many of them carried tears in their eyes..

For this christmas, CHC has rise up to the occassion & hit the target of 50,000 ppls attending christmas svc. At least 26,000 ppl are friends brought by a harvester.

Right after svc, there are set up bazzar stores & games at Hall 7. But this christmas, Bb & me setup a stall selling caps. So everyday we came early to set up the store and closed the store after most ppl had left expo.
Business was good & we even got to restock our caps & paint overnite.
So all 4 days of christmas, both Bb & me hardly get enough sleep. But we enjoyed serving one another & being in the presence of each other.
Love you Bb.. She worked very hard to paint over 30 caps within 3 days..

I dun have the pics of the caps she painted. But it's a thousand times better than me.. She is so artistic & gifted. *Muack* An reward for her.

Cell Group Camp 2007

Our first CG camp for W16 & E13.. This 3 days was really great.
I can say that it's was successful. Even thou there are some loopholes & flaws, but overall we all did well & everyone did their part to be involved as a family.

I'm working on the first day so only manage to join them during after office hours. When i reach there, they are abt to start the treasure hunt & im suppose to be one of the station master. So after ber & zhao gave their briefing, all respective teams started their quest to finish the game first. Can see most of them really enjoy the games and they are all doing great for the games.

We call it a day after 3 hours of Treasure Hunt. Although thats the end of the day, but lots of funny things took place.. A few cockroaches created an up-roar in one of the rooms. LoL..

Day 2, we woke up around 8am to have our breakfast at a near-by market & followed by Prayer Meeting at 9am. On the first day, Sinman & Kaili shared sermon to the CG and today was Daowen's turn to lead Prayer Meeting. Ber starts off with Praise & worship then followed by Prayer meeting.

After the Prayer Meeting, it's Ber & Zhao's turn to share sermon with the CG and both of them did a tremendous job.. They preach well..

Right after the meeting, we had half an hour rest before we proceed with one of the highlight of the day. Which is the "Shi Zhi Lu Kou". So of the teams are very fast in completing the game.

After the game, we got another time of sharing & now it's my turn to share with the members on moving in the Gifts of the Spirit. Taught them how to Prophecy with one another by learning how to listen to God's voice & by faith that God is speaking thru them to edify the person they partner with.
Second thing is on singing in tongues & singing in understanding. It takes more faith to interprete singing in tongues to singing in understanding. Also it will take a long time if all members are to try it one by one. Then i asked 6 core members to demo to everyone how it is like to move in the interpreation of tongues. Overall i felt it turn out quite well.

Once finished, the caterer came and all the members are told to start changing into their costumes for the Rock concert at nite.
We all had a grest time listening to Valor's preaching, Zhao & Adrain's testimony & also the carolling Team.
One of the interesting part is during the make-up game.
All the 5 representatives from various groups came up with their 21st Century Christmas Tree.

Before we call it a day, our last highlights of the day was gift hunting.
Everyone gave a present and during the games, all their presents was being hidden all around the house. So after the games, each one gets to pick a number and proceed to hunt for their hidden gifts. So are real easy to find but there are some which took them almost an hour to find it..

Everyone had their fun for the day & seeing that everyone starts to get to know each other better, was the most happiest thing to wish for.

Around 11pm, i bid farewell as i need to work on the next day. So i missed out the power-pack 3rd day.

3rd day, there's a slot for ministering period by valor. Humm...
Heard that those who are around was blessed & many was touched by the presence of God & some had Holy Laughter.

What a good way to end our year 2007. And i believed 2008 will be a good start for both W16 & E13.

Thank You Lord for making all this possible, even thou many members has busy schedule & programmes queuing up till the end of the year.

Getaway w Bb at Fort Canning

On sunday after CG we went to Serangoon Garden to prep for our up-coming CG camp on wed. Sat my bro rented a car as it's her girlfriend bday that day, so i'll get to drive the car on sunday. We prep till almost 5 plus in the evening then send Desong home before we head towards town area.

Suppose to bring my guitar for set-up but when we reach there, the shop was closed and i saw the store keeper walk pass me.. Sigh.. We also didnt have any plan on where to go.. So i decide to make full use of the car and wander around. When i was driving along hill street, thot of turning left and go towards Douby Ghaut area and out of a sudden after i turn, i thot of going straight and decide not to turn left again towards SMU. I was wondering wat can i see if i keep driving up the slope. Then before i know it, i saw the R.O.M (Registry Of Marriage) building & turn in. I really didnt know that's the R.O.M till i ask Bb.. Hehe.. Finally i know where to register for marriage.. LoL.

I got excited & quickly parked my car & went to have a look at the place. It's jus a normal looking place. But thinking every single day there are so many couples tying their knot & making the decision to love 1 person wholeheartly & to stay with each other till death do us part is so romantic.. Hehe.. Although sometimes ppls will think likewise. LoL. But i feel that those who came to this place are mostly brave ppl as it is not so easy to make a lifelong decision, as this decision will either let you feel that you are living in Heaven or in Hell. Haha..

I know mine will sure be in Heaven whether i die or not.. Both ways also same. Haha.
The place was already closed & my imagination abt R.O.M last time was that there are nice garden to take pics. But after looking around, i think it looks ok nia. Also didnt know that Fort Canning was jus beside. *Looser* XD

We went to fort canning to have a look & we took lots of pics there. Loved to take pitures with Bb.

Lorraine's Bday Surprise

Sunday went CG at Bb's hse as it was a combine for this week.
So met up with Abrel & went CG together. He's nice to hang out with, even thou he is much much younger than me. Really wish that he will really fit into the CG and also experience God's love even more & become a radical christian.

Anyway, we went Causeway point for our lunch and parted our ways after lunch. Leaving Bb & me going to admiralty to meet Jacky & Minkuan to shop for Minkuan pressie at Bugis. On the journey, Jacky & Minkuan was playing PSP non-stop lah. Haha.. Im really lousy at the game they are playing.. Humm.. I think i'll respond better at an arcade center.

So once we reached there, we went straight to shop for Minkuan's clothes. We pass-by a few shops but no luck for a nice tee or pants for Minkuan. After a while, we pass-by 77th Street & decide to went in for a try. There are some new designs that just came in and after some trying, Minkuan get himself a long-sleeves shirt which look very nice on him. We are intending to change his style of wearing clothes. Sometime his outfit was too shabby and dun look really nice on him.. Now is the time that he got to buck-up on his self-image and dress up for a kill. LoL

In the end, i also got myself a white sleeveless hooded jacket as it really look nice. Then Bb snatch away the payment before i could pay. She wants to bless me, so i'll let her be. Its ok.. Haha.. Bcos i will pour back to her a 100-fold. Then we went to another shop that sells shoes & watches. At the same time i asked Bb to pick a slipper for herself as she doesn't have a slippe, while Jacky & me are trying to find a nice watch doe Minkuan. At the end of it, the shop lost the deal of a watch but gains a slipper deal from Bb.. So this time i snatch the opportunity to pay for Bb's slipper. Although its cheaper than what she brought for me earlier but both of us are fine anyway.

So by the time we walk out of that shop, its time for us to go for Lorraine's bday at Aloha Loyang. So we took train all the way to Pasir Ris & catch the free coach to the chalet. When we reach there, most of the ppls have arrived except a few like Kai, Pst & Raine's sec sch frens. So we had our dinner & followed by playing card games with those zone leaders there.

Then it's cut cake hour... There are so many ppl there to celebrate her 21st Bday. Her cake was more cooler than mine lah. Im the more traditional type.. Sigh..Mine is a shape of a key which represents im free & entering into adulthood. And the most funniest thing is that straight after i cut my cake, my mum asked me to pick 4 digits for her to but 4D & toto in a hearsay ways that will strike the top price. LoL.. In the end, i should be the unluckly one. Haha..

Aniwae, back to Raine's bday. We sang bday songs to her and she gave her speech to every single catagory of the frens that she invited. She was in tears when thanking her parents for bringing her up to where she is today.
Then we took catagorise group photo before the biggest surprise awaiting her. Haha.

Suddenly Tony went forward and told Lorraine to close her eyes as they have prepare a special surprise for her. So she followed and there comes Darryl holding a bouquet of roses. He came beside her and there Lorraine opens her eyes & she was really shock to she that bouquet of flowers & i think she should have guess what is coming next. Just like what you readers are thinking now. Darryl went down on his knees & took out the 1-carat++ diamond ring and proposed to her. She was too shock at the moment.. LoL.. That was a really touching moment for her as long as she could lived.

What an unforgettable Bday she could ever imagined. Life are full of love & hope. But im really beaten hands down by Darryl for the bravery to proposed infront of so many ppl around.
For me, i'll do it in a romantic way. Erm.. NO WAY im telling you all how im gonna proposed, bcos Bb sure will read my post so stay tune for My Big Day post in near future.

Be surrounded by the presence of Love..
Last but not least, Lorraine say YES to Darryl.. Hehe..
How can i missed out this part before i made a close for this post. Haha

3rd Arise & Build for our Marketplace Building

Today was another history made by City Harvesters.
Another moments which will be remembered by many that will be benefited in near future.

This coming Arise & Build, we are believing God for 22 millions that we could raised as a whole church. And i believed this time, again we will rise up to occasion to give above & beyond.

I would like to thank all those who has pledge sacrificially today & tomolo.

Today was also Elizabeth's big day..
Wanna congrats her over here & have a blissful marriage.

Bb & me went to Jurong Church at 12.30pm to attend eliz's wedding matrimony & we was late for awhile. So by the time we reach there, Pst Derek was already preaching. We went in & sitted at a corner behind the room. Everyone was attentive to wat Pst is talking abt. I also saw Minrui translating for this matrimony. Haha.. Her interpreation was kinda interesting. Haha.

Then once the word sharing was over, they exchange vows, sign contract.. Ops, its marriage covenant.. Followed by the union candles & the Holy Communion before the are announced as Mr & Mrs... Hehe.. Eliz looks gorgeous today & so do the bride.
After the ceremony, we went to have our lunch at the cafe area for the guest. We filled our stomach & went over to another table where all the dramatist sits. There were Sandy, Willy, Bernard, Shawn, Gary(MC for the ceremony), Jeff & gf. We chat for awhile and went in for the photo taking. Everything well well & smooth.
Really happy for the married couples.
Then around 2pm we make our way down to Expo for svc.

Took MRT all the way from Boonlay to Expo.. Was really far.. Haha.. Was wondering it must be very hard for Valor to travel all the way down every single week. Even for CG too.. Yet he is still as faithful as before.

When we reach Expo, we walked over to hall 1 as i need to withdraw $$$.
Then we walk back to MRT station again to buy snacks from 7-11. We then go to svc for prayer meeting before svc starts. Can really see ppls are charged up & prepared for the Building fund.. During Praise & Worship, congregation enters the presence of God easier. Then during preaching, Pst Kong talks abt "The 7 promises of perfection" & "3 things that happen to Abraham that opens the door to fulfill those promises from God".
He talks mainly abt our FAITH.. On how the 'Terror by night' will steal away our faith & so on. It was really a gd message for the congregation. At the end of the svc, many new converts & backsliders responded.

The pleding was not really the highlight of the day as i thot it was. Bcos aft the sermon, Pst told us to pledge in faith as what was spoken from God. Again everything went smoothly. We didnt really pray out loud or something like that but we did pray over this giving that many would be exprience the blessings of God and our miracle stadium in the heart of Singapore. I think maybe its bcos this is the 2nd building fund & also it is not really the actual 2nd building fund thou. For me, i've already pladge for 6 times including this current ones. Not that its nothing new, but as the age group of the church is more mature, so i believed Pst knows that we are mature enough to handle this building fund.

This time i've pledge slightly more than what i had for the previous but nothing to be compared to the amt i gave last time when i was in Hollywood. I really wish to give more or according to the statistics shown for salaried worker but it is really beyond my ability. Anyway, im not discouraged. I believed as long as it is sacrificial, it will please God. Unequal Amount, But Equal Sacrifice was our slogan for Building fund campaigns.

So after svc, we celebrated Minkuan's bday & he got himself a boxer as a present.
After that we all went to Tampines KFC for our dinner before we call it a day.

Genting Getaway Day #3

Day 3 pics for ur pleasure viewing.

Woke up slightly later than the previous 2 days as today is break camp day.
We packed all our belongings and went for our KTV lunch where we could sing and eat together. Its very cheap and we enjoy ourself through out.

We sing till we nearly missed our coach back to singapore. LoL.
We literally got to run to the coach pick up location.
Thank God we manage to board the bus.
Took more pics on our way back home.

After 45mins, we had our toilet break and shopping for their local snacks.
I love their snacks. Hehe..

We reach singapore abt 8pm and we are all famished. So decide to had our dinner at Golden Mile Market. And look, how much we bought for Malaysian local snack. LoL

Overall we had great fun over there and moreover, it's my first overseas trip together with Bb after we attached. Hehe.
